Terms of Use
hermes is a private, single-user assistant operated by the owner of melvinchen.com. This website documents that app; it does not offer accounts, software access, or a public email service to visitors.
Permitted use
The operator may connect their own Google account to request Gmail searches, read selected messages, and prepare email drafts. Sending requires the operator's separate approval of the exact recipient, subject, and body. The app is not intended for automatic replies, bulk or unsolicited mail, background monitoring, or access to anyone else's Google account. It must be used consistently with Google's applicable terms and policies.
Operator control
The operator controls whether to grant or revoke Google access and whether to approve each proposed send. A draft, summary, or suggested action is not a sent email. A send whose outcome cannot be verified is not automatically retried.
The Google integration is currently being configured and is not yet connected. Features described here may be unavailable until the operator completes authorization and the required checks.
Privacy and external services
Use of Gmail, Discord, and the configured AI service involves their respective services and policies. This private app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Discord, or the AI service provider. The Privacy Policy describes the Gmail information accessed, its processing, storage, and the available revocation and deletion steps.
Changes and contact
The operator may change or stop this private integration. Material changes to Gmail data practices require a corresponding Privacy Policy update and any required new consent before the changed use begins.
